The BROOMSTICK BALL

AVCS benefits as Silicon Valley Cares Presents:

Saturday October 22, 2011

Silicon Valley Cares hosted the Second Annual Broomstick Ball on October 22nd, 2011 at the Dolce-Haye’s Mansion in San Jose. The Broomstick Ball is an evening with delicious food, casino, entertainment, music, and dancing amongst costumed guests.

Silicon Valley Cares is a non-profit organization committed to making a difference in our community. With your support, Silicon Valley Cares will be able to raise and disburse desperately needed funds that directly support non-profit organizations and agencies within Santa Clara County. This year's event will raise funds for the Bill Wilson Center, PHP (Parents Helping Parents) C.A.R.E., and the Almaden Valley Counseling Service.

AVCS, as a non- profit agency, depends on several sources of funding to maintain affordable fees. Currently, our major fundraising activities are several annual events - the Almaden Times Classic 10k Run, and Santa's Breakfast. Our events have become a tradition in the Almaden Valley. This year we are excited to add our newest event, the Broomstick Ball.
